Troy Callender, M.D. is board certified in Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He attended medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and also completed his residency at Baylor.
Michael R. Lewis
Michael R Lewis MD is board certified in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Lewis specializes in treating adult and pediatric illness of the head and neck. His interests include thyroid disease, obstructive sleep apnea, hearing restoration, and chronic sinusitis.
Dr. Lewis received his medical degree from the University of Texas in Houston where he was an AOA honors graduate and was the recipient of the prestigious Walter Sterling Award. He completed his residency at the University of Texas- Southwestern in Dallas. Dr. Lewis has a B.A. in political science from the University of the South where he graduated cum laude.
As a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the Texas Medical Association, Smith County Medical Society, and Texas Association of Otolaryngology, Dr. Lewis has authored several editorials, given national presentations, and published in many of the leading scientific journals in Otolaryngology.
Monica Hardee, M.D. graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University, and completed medical school and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Medical School, where she received the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation for women in medicine. She is Board Certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, and has practiced in Tyler, Texas since 2003. Dr. Hardee joined Ear, Nose and Throat Associates of East Texas in July, 2014.
Daniel Glass, M.D. received his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Otolaryngology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He is a member of several prestigious organizations including the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He has practiced in Tyler for the past 2 years and joined Ear, Nose and Throat Associates of East Texas in July, 2014.
After attending medical school at the University of Ottawa, he moved to Fort Worth, Texas where he completed a world-renowned double fellowship in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Kohlert specializes in head and neck surgery and works closely with oncologists in the area providing head and neck cancer treatment.
Special interests include head and neck oncology (including oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, sinonasal/nasopharynx, skin cancer and neck mass), endocrine surgery, sinus surgery and sleep apnea.
Andrew Lehr, M.D., was born in Iowa and spent much of his childhood in east Texas. He graduated from high school in Longview in 1982. He received a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from Baylor University in 1986. He completed his medical school education at University of Texas Southwestern. After his general surgery internship, Dr. Lehr completed his residency training in otolaryngology/head & neck surgery at University of Texas Southwestern in 1996.
Dr. Lehr has practiced in San Angelo and Waco, Texas. He worked most recently in Boone, North Carolina. He is board certified in otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Lehr treats a broad spectrum of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including allergy and sinus problems, pediatric and adult ear and throat infections, hearing loss, thyroid disease, head and neck cancer and skin cancers. He enjoys serving the East Texas community.
Brian R. Langford
Brian Langford, M.D. is board certified in Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and graduated as one of three students with highest honors. Dr. Langford then completed his residency at the University of Virginia.
Special interests include pediatric ENT, allergy/sinus surgery (including Balloon Sinuplasty), head and neck cancer (including thyroid, parathyroid and parotid surgery), ear disease and sleep apnea.
Duncan F. Hanby
Duncan F. Hanby is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, he attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he received a Bachelor of Science in cell and molecular biology with honors. Dr. Hanby went on to attend medical school at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas and then completed his residency training in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at Louisiana Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. During that time, he performed head and neck cancer research at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Although Dr. Hanby provides the full spectrum of pediatric and adult ENT care, he has a special interest in allergy, sinus disease, thyroid disease, nasal obstruction and pediatric ENT issues.
Dr. Hanby recently moved to Tyler from Lafayette, Louisiana where he has been in private practice for the last nine years. He and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Hanby, are the proud parents of two children.
Jennifer Daigle Hanby
Jennifer Daigle Hanby, M.D. received her medical degree and completed her otolaryngology residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She practiced for over 10 years in Louisiana and was an active member of the faculty in the Department of Otolaryngology at Louisiana State University. Special interests include sinus disease, allergy, pediatric ENT and head and neck cancer, including thyroid and parathyroid surgery.
